What we collect

When you provide your mobile phone number to 9AN Insurance Agency — for example, through our Contact Us form, over the phone, or in person — and opt in to receive text messages, we collect your mobile phone number and the fact that you have consented to receive SMS messages from us (“SMS opt-in status”).

How we use it

We use your mobile phone number solely to respond to inquiries you initiate about quotes, policies, claims, or other insurance-related questions. We do not use your mobile number or SMS opt-in status for any purpose beyond communicating with you directly.

How we share it

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Your phone number and SMS consent are used exclusively by 9AN Insurance Agency to communicate with you and are never sold, rented, or shared with outside companies for their marketing purposes.

Opting out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary.
